The complex consists of 36 new apartments spread over 6 floors located in the same building, with a shared lobby, a hotel safe and reception. The building is also air-conditioned and features lift access. WLAN access is also available, though subject to fees. In addition, guests have the use of a laundry room, which comes with a washing machine, dryer and irons. Parking facilities are also available for guests arriving by car (subject to fees).

Hotel location description

The apartments are located in a new area of the city, only 5-minutes walking distance from most commercial streets. It is also in close proximity to the historical centre. The cathedral and Jewish district are both about 3 km away. The train and bus stations are located some 15 minutes away. Barcelona Airport is some 112 km away while the Girona - Costa Brava Airport is just 18 km away.

Room description

The apartments are outward facing and bright. A double bedroom (with 2 single beds or a double bed), full bathroom, kitchen and dining room feature as standard in all units. All units are fully furnished, while the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, as well as a fridge and cooker. There are also apartments with double bed with a sofa-bed capable of sleeping 2 or more persons. (The apartments for 4 people have 1 double bed and one sofa-bed for 2 persons). The amenities on offer include a hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, as well as either a balcony or terrace.

Comments from hotel

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments with the exception of the balcony. A returnable deposit must be paid on arrival. Note that the office hours which includes the handing over of the keys are between 8:30 am and 1 pm, and 4:30 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Friday. Check-in or check-out on weekends are from 8:30 to 13:00 and it is subject to a surcharge. Customers must advise the office of their arrival time 2 days prior to arrival. Please contact the office in order to collect the keys.
