Opened in 1985 and completely renovated in 2004, this hotel complex offers a total of 216 apartments on 6 floors, of which 109 are one bedroom, 71 are two bedroom apartments. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, safe, Internet access and a currency exchange. Additional facilities include, a supermarket, a newspaper stand, a café, a bar, a conference room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children. For younger guests, there is a playground and a kids' club. Laundry services are also at guests' disposal.

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Nerja, directly next to the sand and pebble beach. The pulsating town centre, which has an array of shopping venues, cafés, bars and restaurants, is 3 km from the hotel. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network.
