The hotel was built in 1975 and completely renovated in 2004. The hotel is composed of a main building with 10 floors and an annexe block with 1 floor and offers a total of over 400 rooms, of which 60 are suites and 340 are apartments. Guests are offered a stylish lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. Additional facilities include a games and TV room, an in-house shop, a hairdresser's salon, a café, a homely bar, a pub and an excellent air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. In-house Internet access, a room service and parking facilities are also available.
