It comprises 317 rooms of which 301 are double rooms, 1 is a presidential suite, 3 are double bed suites, 4 are wheelchair accessible rooms and 8 are suites. The hotel also offers a lobby, an Internet café, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a small supermarket and souvenir shop, a telephone for national and international calls, lifts, a café, a bar, a hairdresser's salon and a nightclub. A buffet is available in the main restaurant, whilst a German and an Italian restaurant are also to be enjoyed on the hotel grounds. It is just a short distance to a selection of shopping venues. The city centre is approximately 5 km away, whilst the Old Havana is 12 km from the hotel. It is approximately 18 km to José Martí airport.
