Opened in 2006, this 8-storey business hotel comprises a total of 250 rooms including 2 suites and has a garden and terrace. Facilities include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom and a currency exchange as well as a pleasant lobby bar and several lifts. Dining options include a café, swimming pool, gym and a stylish à la carte restaurant offering a successful mix of national and international dishes. Business guests are offered use of a modern business centre and there is free Internet access with a WLAN access point available to all, as well as room and laundry services. Medical assistance may be requested and there is a car park and garage facilities on offer to those arriving by car.

This hotel is in the area of Murcia, some 10 min walk from the historical centre and within a short distance of the congress palace and auditorium. The lively inner city offers an abundance of shops and entertainment venues and amongst the sights counts a cathedral and the university buildings.
