This eco hotel is situated in a quiet area, just 100 metres from the centre of the city. It is only a 200-metre walk from the Princess Letizia Conference Hall and from the Buenavista shopping mall. In addition, the historical city centre is approximately a 15-minute walk from the establishment. The local train station is around 800 metres away and Asturias Airport is approximately 30 km from the accommodation.
