The hotel was built in 2003 and consists of 143 rooms on 4 floors of which 15 are singles, 114 are doubles and 14 are suites. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a lift. The hotel also has a café, a bar, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. Additionally a hairdressing salon, a conference room (with space for 750 persons) and a TV room. In addition there is an Internet terminal, room service, laundry service as well as medical assistance available. A car park and garage are also available.

This magnificent city hotel is located in the Technology Park in the stunning district of Paterna. The hotel can be found in front of the training ground of Valencia Football club. The centre and the convention centre's own airport are both roughly 10 km from the hotel. All motorways may be quickly accessed by the good connections offered by the main road Valencia-Ademuz 9. Public transport stops can be found directly in front of the hotel.
