Opened in 2005, the hotel comprises a total of 132 rooms spread over 6 floors. Further facilities include a safe and lifts. Guests may like to relax in the café, the bar and the air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area (highchairs for infants are provided). Further seating is available on the terrace or in the garden. Business guests may find the various conference rooms (capacity of 500 persons) and a public Internet terminal (WLAN) of particular interest. Car parking and garage facilities may be used by guests arriving by car. Room, laundry and medical services are available on request.

The hotel lies in the north of Madrid in the commercial district of Fuencarral, Charmatín and the future extension of the Paseo de la Castellana until the Nueva Plaza de Castilla. The hotel's location affords great connections to the main roads M30 and M40, by which Arajas Airport (10 km) can be reached in 7 minutes, the Ifema (trade centre in Madrid) and the Palacio de Congresos in 5 minutes respectively. The hotel is situated with 1 km of a range of shopping facilities and entertainment venues, whilst the city centre is around 4 km away. Links to the transport network is easily within walking distance, only about a 1-minute walk away, and the train station is around 10 minutes away by car.
