Opened in 2003, this 8-storey holiday complex comprises a total of 335 rooms including 46 suites. Facilities include a foyer with lifts and a 24-hour reception desk, several restaurants, bars and conference rooms. There is a PC corner with a printer and Internet access and younger guests may participate in the kids' club activities. Moreover, the hotel babysitting service may be taken advantage of (fees apply).

Emplacement

This hotel is picturesquely located directly beside the sea, close to Puerto Calero's newly-built marina which may be reached via the promenade along whence a diversity of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found. Enjoying a location within a short distance of many of the island's top sights, this hotel is the ideal starting point for day trips. The nearest links to the transport network (bus stop) are 300 m away; it is approximately 5 km to Puerto del Carmen.

The hotel hesperia lanzarote is situated in puerto calero, beside the exclusive yacht harbour. There are 15 km. From the airport to the hotel and the trip takes about 15 minutes. If you go by car, you should set off for the south (yaiza or playa blanca). The petrol station of macher must be left behind and at about 900 mts. You will find a round with a flag and a signal indicating 3 km. Left to puerto calero. As you are entering the housing you will see another round with a sailing bote, go on and at the stop signal, opposite the hotel iberostar, turn on the right and go stright on about 200 km., untill you get to a vulcanic-stony wall indicating the way to the hotel. From this point, it will take you about 3 minutes to arrive at the hotel.|If you preffer, a taxi may be taken from at the airport, which costs approximately 15 euro.
