Decorated in the colours, textures and materials of the local region and characteristic of Mexico, the 3-storey hotel was opened in 2006 and comprises 232 rooms of which 4 are junior suites, 113 are suites and 1 is a room that has been adapted to cater to disabled guests. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift in addition to a newspaper stand, a cafe, a bar, a restaurant and conference facilities.
