Opened on 12th December 2007, and situated in one of Oviedo's most dynamic expansion zones, this city hotel features modern design and comprises a total of 29 rooms, one of which is specially adapted for persons with reduced mobility. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a lift, a café, a restaurant and WLAN/Internet access. This hotel is located only a few metres from the Asturias' Nuevo Hospital Central Universitario (new central university hospital), from the pre-Roman church of San Julian de los Prados (declared a National Heritage Site) and from one of the city's largest shopping centres. The nearest beach is 31 km away at Gijon and Oviedo Airport is only 43 km away.

Guests coming from Santander should take the A66 and exit at junction 25 for Oviedo Centro. Turn right towards Avenida Atenas. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Calle Reyes Católicos. Turn right into Calle Bermúdez de Castro. Those arriving from León should take the A66, exiting at junction 29 signposted O11/ Oviedo/ Ronda, turn onto the N630/Ronda Sur. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and join the N630/ Calle Tenderina Alta. Turn left into Calle Río Caudal. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Calle Angel Cañedo and then turn left into Calle Fernandez Ladreda. From the square, Plaza Ruiz de la Peña, take the 1st exit to Calle Bermúdez de Castro.
