By car: Take exit no. 27 for La Cépière. Follow the Route de Saint-Simon. Then, after the hospital (Clinique Ambroise Paré), turn left onto the Rue du Pech. Take a left onto the Rue de Negogousses, and then follow the Chemin des Courses towards the Hippodrome de la Cépière.
