Hotel description

The small, well maintained complex has a personal atmosphere, was built in 1973 and renovated in 2003. It consists of a 4 storey main building with a total of 36 apartments. The apartment complex was built in 1990 and the accommodation later underwent a complete refurbishment in 2002. Facilities at the complex's lobby include an Internet terminal as well as lounge, where guests may lend books and games, as well as a supermarket. Additional facilities include a bar, a café and restaurant. A doctor's practice is located in the complex, which lies opposite. In addition, the complex has its own car park.

Fabulously located, this apartment complex is situated approximately 150 m from the long, fine sand beach of Costa Calma. The resort's tourist area is about 800 m from the complex and offers a diversity of shopping and entertainment venues.
