The complex is ideally situated 500 m from the centre of Playa de las Américas. It is 650 m from the beach and 1,200 m from Los Cristianos, with many bars, restaurants and shops close by. Tenerife South Airport is around 16 km away, while Tenerife North Airport is approximately 90 km from the complex.

The comfortable studios offer a fully fitted bathroom, a kitchen with fridge and a terrace, as well as a safe and TV, both for hire. Apartments also offer a separate bedroom.
